The Sunset Brothers
Ryan and Paul were neighbors for many years on the same street is how we met. We were friends before jumping into business together. We needed to come up with a company name so I suggested Sunset Bros. because Sunset Way was the street we lived on.
Paul DeRosia
Paul DeRosia was born in the Salem area and has lived there his entire life.
His father was a house framer by trade. Paul was "on the job" from a very early
age. By the time he was 12 years old, he knew how to frame a house from the ground up.
In his early 20's, he worked for Salem Hospital in the maintenance department.
Soon he was working in the in house carpenter shop building cabinets and
remodeling entire wings of the hospital.
In 1985 he started his own construction company and is still running that business today.
With over 45 years of personal construction experience, he is your man to build
your "dream home".
